With this version, I was experimenting with having a flat top, rather than a rounded top. It was certainly easier to work with, but doesn’t look nearly as cool.
Tokens are kept in small, removable boxes in the top tray. There is no pull-down tray for the Pub Crawl cards from RDI8.
This version has dedicated spaces for characters’ tokens up through the Lich King. The top tray has a more modular design; you can set the dividers where you want them, to create smaller spaces for the Treasure Deck and such. Nameplates will be included for all known characters.
My current RDI chest design is divided into slots for narrow characters and wide characters. This box has all narrow slots. The lower card deck has 44 deck slots, and the upper tray could hold 10-20 more characters, depending on how you divide them. Characters who have boss decks/sub decks probably won’t fit in the slots with sleeves on, so this box is good either for unsleeved cards, or if you keep the character cards in one space and maybe place two or three side decks together in another space.
This version is, admittedly, kind of janky. It’ll be good for you if you have a lot of RDI, but not all of it, you’re willing to think through and plan how you want to set the upper dividers to work with your collection, and you’re willing to do a little sanding to get it working right. At 90% off, I’m really just trying to reclaim some of the raw material cost.
I’ll include knobs for the lower drawer before I ship; they’re just missing for now. No separate card box is included.

This version has a curved lid, and a pull-down tray for extra cards, such as Rogues and Warriors. I think you can probably fit the Pub Crawl stuff in here.
Tokens are kept in small, removable boxes in the top tray.
This version does feature wide and narrow slots. The wide slots aren’t as wide as my current design; 0.94″ instead of 1.10″. So, I recommend unsleeved cards, or else you might have to store boss decks and side decks separately from the mail character decks.
Nameplates are already installed for characters up through Piper/Ripsnarl, and nameplates for all characters will be included.
This version has dedicated spaces for characters’ tokens up through the Lich King. The top tray includes extra dividers so you can remove some of the space that’s reserved for Drink Decks, and turn that into more character space. You can also move your drink decks and other extra cards into the included card box. Holds a maximum of 64 characters.

This is the first of the new revised designs I made.
Character tokens are moved down to the lower drawer, in a removable tray. The upper tray has more deck slots, and dedicated spaces for large tokens, current up to Ripsnarl’s Fury. The only thing that’s really missing is that this is before I made revisions for RDI8, although there’s still enough empty space to fit all the new components in.

This is the last box I made before the announcement of RDI 8. The current design has a number of tweaks, but this version is very usable. This is my personal collection, and I need to make myself an updated box to hold everything. No, you don’t get all my cards and stuff included 🙂
